As well as a fabulous job, we can offer you a wide range of other perks (Why Work For Us?) including generous amounts of holiday, good pay rates, car lease schemes to help you get about the community and being part of an organisation of adults – we do things differently here and our people really matter to us.
“From the first time I went into a patient’s home, I knew that was the kind of nursing that I wanted to do.”
– Zoe Dunphy, Neighbourhood Clinical Practitioner
Preceptorship
Nursing in the community can be incredibly exciting but it is also challenging. Our preceptorship scheme is specifically designed to support your transition from student to staff nurse. Each Newly Qualified Nurse will have a dedicated preceptor for a full 12 months who will meet them regularly to give support and guidance. You can keep up to date with Preceptorship at LCH by following the team on Twitter.
